will walk you through the entire process, step by step, on how to disassemble, modify, and re-assemble your injectors for improved
performance, and includes the basic specialized tools and materials needed to do so.

There is only 1 major component inside the injector that requires basic machining to increase flow: The Intensifier Piston. The DIY Kits
clearly explains how to properly machine the Piston toachieve the desired flow. Practically any machine shop can machine the Piston for
you fortypically between $50 and $100 for a set of 8 Pistons. Or, you can have a set of 8 pre-machined Pistons added to your DIY Kit for

All Budget Built injectors come with a 6 Month warranty and consist of good used parts, unless
noted otherwise, and are Flow Tested before they are shipped.

If you choose to go with our Budget Built Injectors you MUST send
your injectors in to be overhauled/rebuilt/modified.

There is NO option to send a "pre-built" set and pay a core charge with these Budget Built Injectors.
If you can not have your truck tore down long enough to send your injectors in for work, then you need to
step up to the Premium Built Injectors listed in the next section below.

Stock Re-Man - 94.5-03 Single and Split Shots - $700.00
These injectors are rebuilt to stock specifications for all 94-03 7.3L Power Strokes.
These injectors are built from the cores you send us to build and we will re-use all of the good parts we can. But if your injectors should need any extra parts that
are not covered under the Budget Built price you will be charge for them. Prices for extra parts are listed towards the bottom of this section.

Stage 1 - 94.5-97 Single Shots ONLY - 750.00
160cc Power Stroke injectors fully rebuilt to restore proper specifications using the stock size nozzles.
These injectors are capable of 350+hp at the rear wheels.
These injectors are built from the cores you send us to build and we will re-use all of the good parts we can. But if your injectors should need any extra parts that
are not covered under the Budget Built price you will be charge for them. Prices for extra parts are listed towards the bottom of this section.

Stage 2/B - 99-03 Split Shot Nozzle Upgrade - $1085.00
For 1997-2003 7.3L Split Shot Power Stroke Injectors. Brand New 80% Larger 7 hole Power Stroke nozzles.
These injectors are capable of 350+hp at the rear wheels.
These injectors are built from the cores you send us to build and we will re-use all of the good parts we can. But if your injectors should need any extra parts that

Stage 2 - 94.5-97 Single Shots ONLY - $1085.00
160cc single shot injectors for 94-97 trucks with 80% LARGER 7 hole Power Stroke nozzles.
These injectors are capable of 400+ hp at the rear wheels.
These injectors are built from the cores you send us to build and we will re-use all of the good parts we can. But if your injectors should need any extra parts that
are not covered under the Budget Built price you will be charge for them. Prices for extra parts are listed towards the bottom of this section.

Should your Injectors require Extra Replacement parts, the costs are as follows:
$80.00 - for each bad Plunger & Barrel.
$60.00 - for each Stock nozzle that needs to be replaced due to flowing below spec.
$40.00 - for each bad, damaged, or broken Solenoid, to be replaced with a good used solenoid.
$60.00 - to replace an injector body due to damage from improper packaging, or severe wear.

Our Budget Built Injector sets are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the work we perform, for a period of 6 Months.
The warranty starts from the time your set of injectors leaves our shop. This warranty does not cover damage to your injectors due to poor quality of
fuel and/or engine oil, nozzle issues or nozzle failures from used nozzles, modifications by others, or other abuse. We cannot be held liable for
damages done to your vehicle, engine, or any other vehicle component due to the installation of our new, modified or rebuilt injectors. We are not
liable to cover injector shipping costs other than ground shipping back to you, and costs associated with injector installation, removal, diagnostic
charges, towing expenses, rental vehicle fees, motel fees, and any other fees should a problem arise with your modified injectors. We will not accept
whole sets of injectors to exchange, only problematic injectors will be addressed. Remember these are aftermarket Performance items,
our warranty ONLY covers our products and materials, and the work that WE perform.

After millions and millions of cycles over as much as 15 years time we have found that more and more of the injectors we
have been getting in as cores are not re-build able cores. Do to the fact that not all wear parts are available for these injectors
this renders these injectors useless for anything other than some spare parts.

This is why we offer New Alliant Injectors as a option.
These injectors may cost more than the re-manufactured but they are Brand New and come with a 1 Year Warranty.

Our DPP Dominator injectors are for Power Hungry guys looking for big horsepower.
With these injectors you MUST run a larger HPOP system such as our NEW Stealth
Pump System. These injectors are 260cc+ and are rated from 500-800hp as they can be
made to flow to your specs or desired HP for an additional fee. These injectors will come with your choice of 100% or 200% Larger
brand new 7 hole Power Stroke nozzles. These injectors come flow matched and ready to install.

Core Policy
A $1200.00 Core Charge applies to each Alliant Injector Set of 8 or a $150.00 Core Charge applies for each single Alliant injector,
though no extras will be charged as long as you send us COMPLETE core injectors for Alliant Injector purchased.

Cores must be returned back to our facility within 45 days from the date we ship them out. If you fail to return the cores within
the allowed time period you will not be able to return your cores for a refund.

To keep it fair for everyone there are NO EXCEPTIONS to our Core Policy without prior approval directly from a DPP Representative.

ALL Premium Built injectors come with NEW Nozzles, NEW Plunger & Barrel assemblies,
a 1 year Warranty, and are Flow Tested before they are shipped.

These injectors are as close to new as you can get
for a lot less money than new injectors cost.

Stage 1 - 94.5-97 Single Shots ONLY - $1450.00

230cc Hybrid Power Stroke injectors includes 530 Plunger and Barrels, and 80% LARGER 7 hole Power Stroke nozzles.

Should your Injectors require Extra Replacement parts, the costs are as follows:
$40.00 - for each bad, damaged, or broken Solenoid, to be replaced with a good used solenoid.
$60.00 - to replace an injector body due to damage from improper packaging, or severe wear.

You can add a complete set of 8 new Solenoids to any of the Premium injectors for $320 more.

Stock AB and AD code Premium injectors are not available.
Your best buy is to purchase New Alliant or our DiPaco Re-Man injectors.

Injector Core Policy
A $800 Core Charge applies to each DPP Premium Built Injector Set, though no repair fees will be charged unless your cores have
injector bodies that are damaged beyond repair or bad solenoids.

The Core charge is Required only if you choose not to send your injectors in first for us to rebuild/overhaul. The additional $800 is
needed up front for us to build a set of injectors to send to you to swap out. Any needed Extra Parts for your injectors will come out of the
core charge as outlined in the pricing above. Most often the entire $800 is refunded, as the condition of your Plunger & Barrels and
Nozzles is not important since they are all replaced anyways.

Cores must be returned back to our facility within 25 days from the date we ship them out. If you fail to return the cores within
the allowed time period you will not be able to return your cores for a refund.

To keep it fair for everyone there are NO EXCEPTIONS to our Core Policy without prior approval directly from a DPP Representative.

Our Premium Built injector sets are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the work we perform, for a period of 1 Year.
The warranty starts from the time your set of injectors leaves our shop. This warranty does not cover damage to your injectors due to poor quality of
fuel (including the use of Bio-Diesel, Waste Veggie oil, and Waste Motor Oil) and/or engine oil, nozzle issues or nozzle failures from used nozzles,
modifications by others, or other abuse. We cannot be held liable for damages done to your vehicle, engine, or any other vehicle component due to
the installation of our new, modified or rebuilt injectors. We are not liable to cover injector shipping costs other than ground shipping back to you, and
costs associated with injector installation, removal, diagnostic charges, towing expenses, rental vehicle fees, motel fees, and any other fees should a
